A figure here is wrong
Write to [email protected]. Useful reports name the platform, quote the value printed here, state the value you observed, and say when and where you observed it. A dated screenshot of a funding screen settles almost every dispute in one exchange; an assertion without one usually costs three.
Corrections are made in place and the review date moves the same day, under the procedure described in the correction rules.
You run a traffic platform
Write to [email protected]. Entries are considered when a platform sells to advertisers through self-serve signup and publishes a minimum a buyer can see before depositing. Include that threshold, the buy-side formats, the geographic reach, and a link to the page where a prospective advertiser can read the figure without funding an account first.
Placement is not for sale and inclusion carries no fee in either direction. What the commercial side of this site does consist of is set out under advertising disclosure.
Anything else
Write to [email protected] — syndication requests, speaking enquiries, amendments to the author biography, and questions the two addresses above do not obviously cover.
What this site does not do
- Operate advertising accounts, write creatives or set bids for readers.
- Sell website traffic, resell inventory, or broker access to any platform named here.
- Provide account support on behalf of a network. Billing and campaign problems belong with the platform that took the deposit.
- Publish paid reviews, sponsored positions or guest posts.
Reply times
Five working days is the target on every address. Reports carrying evidence jump the queue, because a wrong figure left standing costs this site the only asset it has. Messages are kept no longer than answering them requires — the privacy note covers that — and correspondence falls under the published conditions.
